Goat Milk
Many small farms do not utilize steroids, hormones or antibiotics to increase milk production.
At Laketop Farms we focus on high quality, rather than quantity of milk production. Our goats graze naturally and produce unadulterated, pure milk.
5 reasons goat milk is better than cow milk.
- 1. Goat’s milk is less allergenic.
- 2. Goat’s milk is naturally homogenized.
- 3. Goat’s milk is easier to digest.
- 4. Goat’s milk rarely causes lactose intolerance.
- 5. Goat’s milk matches up to the human body better than cow’s milk.
Dr. Bernard Jensen
Dr. Jensen was a crusader in preventative medicine for over 60 years. He received multiple awards for these ingenious efforts.
Dr. Jensen’s nutritional foundation was that all foods must be natural, fresh, pure, and whole to heal the body of disease. Rest and exercise were also part of his healing treatment.
Accomplishments:
Dr. Jensen took hopeless cases and revived them from their death beds. He finally, revived his own health through drinking of raw goat milk. Goat milk was a large part of his healing practice given to all patients at his sanitarium in California.
Claims:
He claims that goat milk can be tolerated by most patients, both children, and adults alike. He has added goat milk to dietary regimes for many years with excellent results. In cases where people are not overfed with chemicals and drugs, goat milk can be assimilated and bring great nourishment to the body causing the body to, basically, heal itself. “The milk is alkaline, healing, sweet, and remarkably high in nutrients”, says Jensen.
He further states that it is the best food for nerves, lungs, marrow, brain cells, optic nerves, eyes, ears, and general lubrication of the human machine.
He stated that 1 quart a day, of raw goat milk provides 100% of the daily requirement of calcium and provides trace nutrients such as fluorine and silicon.
A surgeon’s testimony:
Dr. William Lee Secor a medical Doctor from Kerrville, Tx wrote:
“I am a surgeon restricting my practice to surgery but since recovering the value of goat milk in the treatment of stomach and intestinal ulcers, I have not operated on a single ulcer case, and this covers a period of a dozen years”.
A cured patient:
A lady from Germany had severe digestive troubles which turned out to be incurable by doctors, When she came to Dr. Jensen, she was unable to eat. Dr. Jensen had her come to the sanitarium as a patient and finally an employee. The only thing she could tolerate was goat milk. He claims that the milk gave her increased vitality while putting on weight She was able to carry on an active routine. He finally added supplements to her diet. This is just one of the many of the goat milk success stories.
Personal testimony:
He states, “aging does not have to carry senility, arthritis, asthma and osteoporosis. Clabbered milk, raw honey, and grains help people to live long and well. I believe that goat milk can help the generation live better as they live longer”.
Goat milk is the most used dairy in the world. Its consumption level is approximately 65-72% of the global dairy consumers. The reason is mainly due to the ease of keeping goats in developing countries as compared to cows.
Cattle, on the other hand, produces 4-5 times more milk per day than goats. However, they are often fed with many steroids and hormonal injections to boost the delivery of milk production.
According to Dr. Arvind Vaid, Chief Infertility & IVF Specialist, Indira IVF Hospital, New Delhi. “The injected oxytocin (hormone) reaches the human body through consumption of milk or other dairy product causing several side effects on all. This is one of the reasons for early onset of puberty among girls, development of breast in males and lack of testosterone production due to hormonal imbalance.”
